      timings are flexible Canteen is decent

      Cons

      You have to clock in 8 hours irrespective of anything else it will be treated as absent! communication between people is very bad very poor organising for new joinees too stingy with company resources Induction into a process is very very bad

      Pros

      Ok place to work. Offical working hours is 8 hours a day 5 days a week unlike infosys 9:15 hours a day.

      Cons

      Employee unfriendly policies. There are just too many processess even to get a simple thing done. People defend themselves by quoting process instead helping actual work done.
