Work is good. Good quality food. Workstation is good.

Cons

12 hours of working because of location (bahadurpally) . It's 9 hours of normal shift and min. 2 hours of traveling. Bad work culture. Team leaders are good. But management is very bad. We understand client requiments but it doesn't mean that we forget our own people who are working for them. No productive activity from the HR side. No extracurricular activities which can refresh agents. You end up working like a Robot. No recognisation to tenured agents or normal agents which led to resignation No hike after completing an year or two Cab transport - LOL no comments 🤣

not even a pro, but the control is really bad and nobody is getting dismissed

Cons

Management lies on daily basis, every month payroll problems, no contact person, huge fluctuation. Nobody from management is responsible for nothing. If I could I would literally delete this company from my CV, it s a shame to work for this company at all. Every IT security rule is broken on daily basis. Tried to advice management from bad ratings and dissatisfaction of employees -> solution was some anonym reviews...

Good for those who are perfect in buttering & corporate politics.

Cons

Poor work environment. Don't join because of BRAND name, it may land you in deep trouble. Too long notice period (3 month) for US recruitment process. No job stability, management can ask you to leave anytime without seeing your efforts & performance. Management don't respect or appreciate the performers/hardworking employees. Politics at its peak, managers don't have basic manners & etiquette.
