- work life balance - pension (if you stay long term)

Cons

- long term financial incentives, very little short term incentives - career progression is a dark art, WL2 heavy - no support for external qualifications, all training is in-house - everything feels like it is done 'on the cheap'

Well paid, good benefits, many hours and much better than some other retail experiences, steady workflow in comparison to conventional 'rush' based retail work

Cons

Inept management, very clique based, if you want more hours etc you have to be friends with the right people, some bad policies as regards professional conduct
