Pros

Good people culture, positive, salary, benefits.

Cons

Gone through many reorganizations, restructuring resulting into job transfers and layoffs. Bottom line, share holders upper management willing to appease investers including compromising job security for all. Your valuable one day and the next your expendable.

Pros

Grow a large network, always get challenging work, company size means one can experience many different roles at one company. Opportunities for career growth not only managerially but also technically

Cons

Sometimes the politics of things can get in the way of getting the job done. Work life balance is ok, but is largely dependent on the person in question to set his or her own balance.
