Pros

The people that are not in a management position are incredible. You will meet some of the absolute greatest humans, colleagues, queer friends, etc.

Cons

Simply put, leadership does not care about anyone other than themselves. The org has had financial trouble for some time and they continue to lay off their lowest paid employees and have not taken pay cuts themselves despite making about 6-7x what lower level employees make. There is so much work and not enough people to do the work yet they continue to lay people off, not backfill roles when individuals leave, and do not provide a single resource to assist employees in their ability to do the job of multiple people. There is also no growth. Do not expect to be promoted.. like ever. Promotions are few and far between and due to financial trouble annual COLA pay raises are a thing of the past.
