Cons

Hard to connect with the product and its impact, executive leadership tends to be stubborn which can lead to frustration or bottlenecks downstream, too many decisions are still made based on gut feelings rather than testing

modern, cloud platform based service; always looking to improve; cares about maintaining its employee culture; fully supportive of employee concerns; diverse workforce truly spread around the world; challenging projects with understanding management that doesn't try to pigeon-hole you; flexible and understanding, especially during this pandemic year.

In over a year and a half, I have yet to have any negative experiences.

- People focussed - Supportive leadership team across all departments - Engineering talent is rock solid and has engineering who have been around since Day-1 - Technology stack is modern and there are constant investments into making it better - Scaling and quality are major areas of focus

Cons

- Due to the massive growth a stronger emphasis needs to given to prioritization. - Unique or better ways to collaborate outside of the usual zoom/webex meetings - Townhall type all-hands sessions would be useful
