      Great people, very social, impressive projects, good 401k and healthcare, Job Security.

      Cons

      Other companies pay more in terms of salary offers. I value good healthcare, a lot of opportunities for socializing with coworkers, and not having to work with jerks and idiots. Pros outweigh the Cons
