      Pros

      Benefits are decent. Pay isn't terrible but it could be better. Depending on what area you work in, the people are generally nice.

      Cons

      Too many management layers with high salaries. Once becoming for profit, everything became all about money.

      Benfits have gone down lately. Leadership and management is contract drive, a requirement that gets enforced down from senior company management.
