Pros

Great flexible working policy

Cons

Poor decision making from senior leadership and exec teams that impact those lower down in the organisation and their workload. No progression or way up the career ladder you will sit in the same role for years until someone leaves and a vacancy opens up.

Pros

I served at both large and small funded country offices in Asia. For small office, I was fully designated to plan, implement and monitor all component of WASH project so that I could have develop and increase my managerial skills and technical capacity to carry out the overall projects to meet organizational mandate and goal.

Cons

For large office, I had to follow all the bureaucratic procedure and the things moved slowly.
