Ust is a good place to work, there are many events they plan and execute for every special occasion, Excellent architecture and infrastructure.

Cons

They take people for their future project and force employees to do different training either paid or unpaid. If the future project may gone then the employee will be sent to bench then they will suffer. I know people who resigned because the hr force them to do. There is no use in escalations. So there are few unstructured practices which screw the employee who have big dreams. So please ask the hr whether they are taking to a project or pool

If you have project till that time good otherwise hell. Hr will torcher you when leaving company and same is while joining. They delay joining and also change compensation while joining. Will block your contact if try to contact them.

Cons

Delay joining for a year. Will decrease the salary comparison. If you don't have project they will make your life hell and torcher you Will cancel your joining on their mood happend with lot of my friends. Make sure you have project and don't have to deal with stupid hr team
