      Pros

      Lovely people you get to work with, for the most part. Good place to get CS experience to take elsewhere.

      Cons

      Micromanaging to the point of watching your screen remotely. Very minimal room for growth. Cult-like atmosphere, if you fit their “mold” you can grow within company.
