The micromanagement is insane. From the nitpicky attire (especially for women), performance reviews, and how long you can take to go to the bathroom, this place is the epitome of micromanagement and trust issues. Your performance is recognized, but it doesn't matter at the end of the day, because they'll write you up for the smallest things. Don't even think about twiddling your thumbs or breathing because they'll probably write you up for that too. During performance reviews, even the best workers only get 3/5, yikes. During down time and slower periods of the day, you just sit and stare at your screen all day. They banned reading during down time. You can't do anything during down time. They tell you to read up on policies and products, but you can only do that so many times. They remote in to watch your screen and watch you work silently. They do random phone monitorings. They watch you like a hawk. Avoid this controlling corporate nightmare and work for a company that actually values you and trusts you.
