      Pros

      A multinational company with good HR practices and appraisal systems, where a graduate can learn a lot in his/her field. Additionally, the multi-departmental experience is very useful, where in most of the cases, managers are very supportive towards their subordinates and a lot of on-the-job training is conducted.

      Cons

      The atmosphere especially with the Unilever 1 project is not the best and nobody feels security. In addition, in order to move forward someone needs to have good relationships with the key persons and performance is not always the main reason.

      *good name on the resume *good work-life balance *exposure to FMCG giant

      Cons

      *people are not respected for their talents, Unilever does very little to retain employees *a lot of vendor people get very low salary just wanting to put Unilever on their resume *management are anything but transparent *my department was in some kind of chaos, and so many politics around *mangement simply promotes people they like, ignoring other factors

      Great work/life balance and emphasis on celebration in the workplace In depth partnership with cross-functional partners makes for very broad involvement in the business Finance is a tight-knit and welcoming community, with college recruiting, on-boarding, and professional development largely organized by people within the function, creating a real feeling of ownership within the organization.

      Cons

      Can be very hierarchical, with opaque advancement policies, making it frustrating to figure out how to distinguish yourself as a high achiever
