WSP is a great company to work for. There's an awesome company culture. Everyone is willing to help out. A lot of younger designers and engineers, which is great. A really diverse range of projects.

Cons

WSP is in the process of expanding very quickly. Everyone is very busy and not sure hiring is keeping up with the amount of new incoming work.

Projectized setting allow team to know one another better and build productive team relationships. Can move on to new project / work on multiple projects simultaneously to broaden one's experience.

Cons

Could have more opportunity / training for entry level positions. Not always guaranteed employment after project is completed.
