Pros

Very stable company with strong ethical beliefs. Lots of opportunity if you are willing to work hard to advance. Innovation is encouraged, and many of the best ideas came from (and are credited to) the associates.

Cons

Like any company, sometimes things aren't always perfect, but if given the chance, the open door process helps get things fixed.

Pros

Walmart is best place to work for students, as their schedule is flexible. In certain location, the managements are understanding and respectful.

Cons

In some case, it is extremely hard to get a promotion eventhought you prove your realibility. Management give promotion base on looks more than hard work and experience.
