While no company is perfect, I’ve noticed that communication between departments can sometimes feel a bit siloed. With most interactions happening via email, important details occasionally fall through the cracks. In many cases, simply jumping on a quick call could resolve issues more efficiently.
Customer service is something I care deeply about, and I believe we could benefit from additional support when it comes to resolving partner concerns quickly and effectively. I want to continue seeing our company grow, and I hope we can keep getting the right level of support so that our expansion stays strong and sustainable.
