Pros

*Christian culture is strong; daily devotionals with your team and one weekly "chapel" service

Cons

*Management did not seem interested in my desire to contribute elsewhere *Outgoing call campaigns are a huge morale drain; the general vibe given off by donors receiving these calls is mostly negative, but the donations are probably coming in at a satisfactory rate because the concept of outgoing calls doesn't seem to be going away anytime soon.

Pros

Weekly Chapel Service every Wednesday

Cons

Poor management that brings you in under the disguise of being a "Christian Organization" Limited opportunity for growth under dinosaur management. Does not value education and treats employees very poorly. Management has a "group think" mentality and does not value employees that think outside of the box. If you enjoy stimulating your mind, don't work here.
