Thank you for your review. We talk a lot about innovation and teamwork, but it's especially meaningful when employees recognize and feel that every day. Thank you for helping make Zillow what it is.

Pros

Benefits are ok and there is some travel with the role. It's a simple sale process.

Cons

- Base and OTE are very, very below market averages - Commission is capped (don't let recruiters lie to you that it's uncapped) - Quota changes every single quarter. Their decision making process is entirely reactionary. After a partnership announcement, they increased quota 200% and territories remained the same. - They hired a bunch of sales reps after the partnership announcement and tanked attainment - If you miss 1 quarter, you're immediately put on PM (yes, really!) - Most customer support is offshore, so be prepared to deal with a lot of pissed off customers - In the sales org, you'll act as support, administrators, and debt collectors since leaders won't invest in departments - There are no formal processes or guidelines for promotion. You have to "be a good cultural fit" in order to be promoted, even if you're exceeding attainment.
