Pros
The training program is great. They give you all of the knowledge you need to be successful. You get reimbursed for your licensing and test fees after 30 days. The starting salary is good and the atmosphere is very laid-back. It's also great that the earning potential is in your hands. If you work hard you will be successful and earn a high income.
Cons
You are required to stay late 2 nights a week when you first start but it really isn't that bad. The stress can be a little high at times but that is the case with any commission based job.
