Position Purpose:
Bring Support to the Manager, leaders and coordinators of operations SBU focusing on meeting the goals of each area and the SBU.Primary focus on financial metrics.Development of applications to improve performance.Coordinate work process projects.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
Essential Functions:
- Generation and control of data to production of each one of the areas in real time .

Generation and control system of expenses at plant level .

Generation of metric efficiency by updating and administering the system in real time with information of different sources .

Support to the different operations business units through projects, analysis and implementation of systems .

Support in the investigation of tools to improve the different processes and their implementation .
-
Follow up and control of the indirect hours of the SBU for training, lean, recognition, manintenance and certifications .

Support projects of the Department and different functions .

In charge of the improvement process with low-medium complexity tasks .

Contact with people outside the company providing a service or information .

Perform load training, monitoring, interpretation, and time control
in the system .

Analysis in restructuring projects and flow design for operational areas .

Development, implementation and improvement of information systems through continuous improvement .

Analyze, detect, and suggest changes.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Other Requirements:
- Management data bases and internal training.
- Advanced English spoken and written.
- Experience in Project Management.
- Analysis of information (graphs, reports, statistical data).
- Programming experience (Visual Basic, Access, VB Script, Java script, HTML 5, CS, Style, or MySQL).
