I again talked about my hostess job. I described a morning when the manager had sent all the servers home except one because there was literally no business that day. When I walked in the server had 11 tables (normally have 4 at most). I asked what the server needed help with and I took drink orders and delivered the food to tables. None of the guests complained, we actually received compliments.
