Explain a time you were faced with a difficult situation

I always follow a four-step process : assessing the exact problem and what i want to achieve. Gaining clarity its very important when problem solving. I will weigh up my options before deciding an a definitive plan of action for resolving the problem, preventing it for happening again. I was involved listening the complaints from an dissatisfaction client. I asked probing questions to gain total clarity on the issue, and i apologise if the company was at fault offered several solutions to his complaint. By giving this option i am effective making him valued and in control. Finally i was apologised again, implementing the resolution before making sure lessons were learnt to prevent the same situation from happening again. Before making a decision i always put the organisation first ,if i understand the vision of my team or the organisation , this enables me to make decisions that are justifiable and effective . I also consider the risk versus reward . For example, if my decision involves taking a risk, i will decide what the benefit is to the organisation before going ahead with it.
