How do I manage my day?

I was asked questions like “How do you manage your day?” or “How do you handle conflict?” which are fine, but without clarity on the recruiter’s familiarity with product management and scaled agile environments, those questions were tricky to answer. As an experienced interviewer and interviewee, those should only be reserved for later rounds of interviews with my potential teammates and hiring manager, because I felt inclined to give surface-level answers out of fear of the recruiter not following along with my answers that heavily ties to scaled agile and product management. I was expecting questions more focused on cultural fit, my work history, accolades -- ones better suited for early-career screening.
