I actually spaced on this one. I asked them to repeat a few times. When it finally dawned on me what the word ergonomic was, I said, "oh, like work smart, not hard?" Then, they laughed and smiled. I never even gave them an example. Honestly, I'm surprised it went well. It's a good thing I was way over dressed.
