Fairly interesting, test on your confidence level, public speaking and your team work. Have 3 stages of interview. First one a phone interview, mainly just checking with you on your education background etc. Second interview had two session. First session was a group/team assignment where you will be given a case to discuss. For this team assignment, not neccessarily you have to have a perfect solution, but do put some effort in showing your teamwork. And of course you have to potray your industrial knowledge by showing clear though process and how did you get to the solutions. For the second session is a individual session. You will be given a task and 10-15 minutes to think through. After that you have to present to the interviewers. And again you have to be confidence and show them clear thought process, indicating that you are very organizational. Last stage was a one on one interview with the managers.
