Was solicited by a Nestle's recruiter based on a resume I had posted on GlassDoor. We had several phone interviews, document swaps etc. Moved on a to phone interview (panel) with the principals in Solon and then on to an on site face to face. Interview took about two hours with four technical managers and an HR rep. with one additional phone interview scheduled for the next day with a Nestle's manager in Germany. The in person interview went very well - I was told by the managers I would report to that I had the job as far as they were concerned. The next day I attempted to call in for my phone interview with the Nestle's team member in Germany but the number I was given rang busy or simply would not connect. I finally was able to get through to the individual - about 5 min. late. He was extremely upset that I has wasted his time. I explained the technical issues to no avail. Needles to say the interview with this individual was not a glowing success. This was the first unprofessional event of the entire interview process. The second was I was never notified as to the outcome of the interview - it just died - no closure. Smacks of arrogance.
