Interview
I applied accounting officer at first and passed the first round of interview. Then met the man from management level and he recommended me to apply the business analyst role. Everything was fine until I met the HR person in the final round. The lady was quite rude and impolite, disturbed my conversation a few times.
For example she said me to ask anything I want at the end, and I wanted to ask the man if he would allow people to take their laptops back to home and continue to work at home when they are off.
Then the lady disturbed me and said, "I know what you want to ask, we only allow people to work from home once a week." I was odd and that was not what I want to ask.
After three rounds of interview, I followed up with that HR, and she said that they are still shortlisting candidates to search for the best fit. Hence, still need to take time for shortlisting in the coming month.
I was pretty disappointed on their attitude and rather she rejects me directly.

Overall, the discussion aimed to assess both my technical background and interpersonal skills.
