I messed this one up then had to spend the next 5 mins. or so doing damage control and explaining my way out of it. Have something in mind before you go in. Maybe I tend to not be aggressive enough, something that doesn't automatically disqualify you like I have poor customer service or I am not good at talking to people on the phone.
