Several things in life motivate me to do my very best in all situations. Above all, setting a good example for my three children to strive to do the very best they can in everything they do, and to take pride in their endeavors is key for me. The joy I experience when I see that others are enjoying a quality experience due to me putting in my best effort cannot be expressed in words.
