In the late phase of a recent university project the team was continuing to fray by lacking open communication lanes. I was able to organize email chains, Google Drive shared spaces, along with the usage of WhatsApp for comfortable discussions especially with international students. Showing everyone else that you're willing to adjust to their needs/comforts a little will help a lot at the end.
