What would you do in a situation with a irate client?

I would do like every chase employee CS and Dispute Resolutions rep does LIE, LIE, LIE and then send them to another rep who does the same and never ever give them my supervisior's name, number and especially my real name. I would have no accountability and will pat the guy next to me on the back when he does the same. I will lead a meaningless life and lie to everybody the whole time I work there. Then when I can't find a real job I will go be an insurance adjsuter.
