I was looking after my brother's restaurant handling customers, fulfilling their expectations which thought me how to deal with human emotions, To be a technical support engineer just knowing the technical part is not enough, Building rapport with the customer, Understanding his/her concern, quick response, Adding empathy and sympathy in the statement plays a very important role I am a person who wants to grow and will take any challenges approaching my way
