So with the second interview it was more of getting to know you as a person. It was over FaceTime and I believe us having techical issues of connecting and solving the issue help out alot. I would say smile a lot and have fun with the person answer everything honestly and to the best of your knowledge. You be asked about your background, hobbies and past employment. Afterwards I was offered a third interview which is your final and with the manager of operations. This interview is longer with more questions about experience and role-playing questions, they will asked you questions about every skill you have and also watch what you say. Do not say you know something or a experience you had that you really didn't cause they will have some follow up questions just to make sure. At the end of the interview We talked about some new technology that came out alon with benifits, pay and other other job related stuff. About a day later I heard back with a offer.
