SUMMARY:
As a Marketing Analyst, your role will be to build, code, test, and deploy responsive HTML/CSS email
templates, ensuring they render correctly across various email clients and devices. You will
implement dynamic content, tracking, and segmentation for marketing campaigns while
collaborating closely with creative and marketing teams to achieve engagement and deliverability
goals.
1) Convert designs created by email creatives from Figma into responsive HTML and CSS
2) Ensure emails render correctly across major email clients and devices
3) Conduct thorough QA testing to identify and resolve issues
4) Collaborate with designers and managers to maintain brand consistency
5) Implement dynamic content and personalization features
6) Stay current on email development best practices and coding standards
Bachelor's degree in Web Development, Computer Science, or related field
3-5 years of experience in email development or front-end web development
Strong proficiency in HTML and CSS for email coding with knowledge of responsive design principles and email client rendering quirks
Proficiency in email marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, MailChimp, HubSpot, etc.) and aptitude for learning new platforms
Strong attention to detail and commitment to error-free work
Capable of working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects, meeting aggressive deadlines, prioritizing appropriately, and responding to issues quickly and creatively with an open and positive attitude
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas in technical and user-friendly language
Experience working with Figma is preferred but not required
