Job function of Project Analyst (PA) is assist with various activities including administrative tasks, internal process handling and workflow tracking.

Data Collection & Preparation

• Collect data from multiple sources (databases, spreadsheets, APIs, surveys)
• Clean, validate, and preprocess data to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Identify and resolve data quality issues (missing, duplicate, or incorrect data)
• Define data requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
• Travel Support
• 
  Create travel plans, book flights, hotels, visa for travelers
• Prepare timely expense reports Planning Spreadsheets
• Create and update records in internal log of meetings and attendance Travel

Booking and Expense Reports

• Memberships and Payments
• 
  Create and track workflows using internal procurement system.
• Record and track invoices and payments. Follow up with accounts payable as needed Editorial Tasks

Other Administrative Tasks

• Maintain and update presentation templates as needed
• Update policy and other documents as needed Meeting Tracking
• Create and update various spreadsheets to track project metrics Monthly reports and homepage update
Generate monthly reports for review Support other assistants and take on other tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience in Project analysis and/or Administration including:

• ChatGPT or equivalent, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proactive, self-motivated, strong organizational skills

• Strong team player

• Experience with using SharePoint and Salesforce is a plus

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's, Business Administration or equivalent experience
