Home Qualifiers is a fast-growing US-based homeownership platform helping everyday Americans fix their credit and get approved for a mortgage. We're scaling fast and need someone who can keep up.
The Role
This is a phone-first role. Your primary job is calling people.
You'll be calling leads who haven't activated their accounts, ensuring the onboarding into the platform has been executed correctly and in a timely manner and checking in with existing customers monthly. You’ll also be managing the support email and responding to any client tickets and resolving them yourself. You'll work directly with our Head of Customer Support and have a path to grow into a leadership role as we scale.
If you're not comfortable spending most of your day on the phone speaking English with American clients - this role isn't for you.
