Job Description

Reporting to a Site PP Director (& potentially functionally to a Global PP Director) the PPM Intersite Manufacturing is the Industrial focal between the Lead PPM & Site Operations. The PPM is responsible for the continuous improvement of the structural Industrial performance (delivery, quality) for the Work package. In a Developing phase, the PPM supports the work package development, on-time & on-quality delivery (Until S7) and manages the Industrial budget for the Work package. In a Sustaining phase, the PPM is to become accountable for costs for the Production scope of work for its Programs. As an escalation, the PPM can temporarily become the coordinator of the recovery plan in support of the execution functions.

• Escalar al Lead PPM, cuando sea necesario, los bloqueos Industriales donde se requiera soporte de funciones, y transmitir (cascadear) los requisitos del Lead PPM que impacten las Operaciones Industriales.
• Identificar las restricciones Industriales/de Manufactura al diseño y proponer fechas objetivo de liberación de definiciones de planos.
• Recopilar, consolidar y evaluar los riesgos, así como desarrollar y evaluar planes de mitigación de riesgos.
• Gestionar los OvRM durante las transferencias de su paquete de trabajo;
• En caso de bajo desempeño, asegurar la coherencia y solidez del plan de acción;
• Verificar la política de buffers (stock de seguridad, tiempo buffer, objetivo de buffer en el plan de producción);
• Describir el esquema Industrial del Programa y su desempeño, y proponer adaptaciones tácticas cuando sea necesario.
• Planificar hacia atrás las actividades Industriales (incluyendo CAPEX) para cumplir los hitos del Programa y del Cliente (y medir el progreso de las actividades frente a ellos, incluyendo actividades de Ingeniería Concurrente);
• Asegurar que las actividades de Ingeniería Concurrente se hayan realizado;
• Evaluar desviaciones al plan y asegurar que se defina y ejecute un plan de tratamiento adecuado.
• Proporciona insumos para la preparación y definición del MTP al Lead PPM;
• Consolida acciones de ahorro de costos y promueve oportunidades de ahorro
