We are looking for a motivated and professional, full-time Virtual Assistant Cold Caller to join our growing real estate investment company that specializes in buying and selling vacant land. You will contact vacant land owners via outbound cold calls to gauge their interest in receiving a cash offer for their property.

What the Job Entails

• Make high-volume outbound cold calls daily using Mojo Dialer to vacant land owners.
• Follow our provided cold calling script while naturally asking qualifying questions and handling objections.
• Clearly explain our cash offer process and the benefits of selling to our company.
• Accurately document call outcomes, owner details, and notes in our CRM/system.
• Identify motivated sellers and immediately schedule a follow-up call with our Acquisitions Manager using Calendly.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and confident demeanor on every call.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and appointment-setting targets.

Requirements

• Fast, reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download/upload with wired connection strongly preferred) and a reliable computer/headset – this is mandatory for Mojo Dialer.
• Mastery of the English language with excellent verbal communication skills and a clear, professional phone presence.
• Proven cold calling or outbound sales experience (real estate, telemarketing, or lead generation preferred).
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to take accurate notes while multitasking on calls.
• Great attention to detail and ability to thrive with minimal supervision in a remote environment.
• Strong listening skills, comfortable handling rejection, and overcoming objections positively.
• Experience with Mojo Dialer (or similar power dialer) and Calendly is a big plus.
• Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions and background noise.
