AgentDynamics is a California software company selling an AI assistant to US car
dealerships. We're hiring a detail-oriented, part-time Sales Ops Assistant to support
the founder's sales process directly.
WHAT YOU'LL DO (10–20 hrs/week, weekday mornings US Pacific time)
- Verify business email addresses and find decision-maker contact info (dealership
websites, LinkedIn, Apollo.io)
- Review and prepare pre-written outreach emails: check names, titles, and details are
correct, then queue them for the founder to send
- Keep the CRM (HubSpot) clean and up to date: log activity, update contact records,
remove duplicates
- Flag customer replies quickly so the founder can respond the same day
- Build daily LinkedIn connection lists with short personalized notes
- Light weekly reporting and checklist work
- You will NOT cold-call, message prospects directly, or send emails yourself
YOU'RE A FIT IF YOU HAVE
- Strong written English (essential — all work is in English)
- High attention to detail and comfort with repetitive precision work
- Experience with CRMs or spreadsheets
- Reliable internet and availability before 9:00 AM US Pacific
- Prior VA / sales-ops experience preferred but not required
TERMS
- Competitive USD hourly rate based on experience, paid weekly
- Starts with a short paid test task (~2 hours) and a 30-day paid trial at 10 hrs/week
- Contractor agreement + NDA via Deel or similar platform
- Long-term role with growing responsibility as the company scales
