Process Engineer

What you’ll do:

• Drive process improvements focused on cycle time reduction, scrap reduction, PPH increase, and cost optimization. Support new product launches, process validation, SWI/PFMEA development, and manufacturing standardization.

• Work with automation technologies including PLCs, robots, DOE, troubleshooting, and process parameter optimization. Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, line balancing, ergonomics, and data analysis tools

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality, Finance, Security, and Operations

What is required:

• Industrial / Mechatronics Engineering. Experience in Process Engineering within manufacturing/automotive

• Core Tools & Lean Manufacturing knowledge

• Fluent English required
