Position Title: Data Analyst

JOB SUMMARY

The Data Analyst assumes responsibility and accountability for managing registrations, denials and appealsfor facilities and third party payers. This includes management of the denial process and continually working to identify opportunities for workflow improvement.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

• Registration of patients, orders and vaccines in hospital system
• Maintain department denial management tools, insurance logs, peer to peer request and appeal determinations
• Maintain confidentiality of patient records and employee/co-worker information
• Submit authorizations, peer to peer requests and referrals

JOB QUALIFICATIONS and REQUIREMENTS:

· Bachelors Degree in related field, or equivalent work experience

· 100% English

· Ability to manage computers, Outlook, Excel, computer systems, etc.

· Strong communication, both written and verbal

· Great active listening skills

· Exceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills

· A patient and empathetic attitude

· Strong time management and organizational skills

· Adaptability and flexibility

· Comfortable working in fast-paced environments

· Computer literacy

· Phone skills, including familiarity with complex or multi-line phone systems

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

· Independent Contractor hiring

· Bi-weekly payments

· Equipment set-up

· Pay will be on a per-work-day basis at $720 mxn
