Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR and administrative functions for the Mexico office, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in compliance with Mexican labor laws and company policies.
Manage payroll coordination, employee benefits, attendance, leave administration, and HR records.
Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, resolving workplace issues and fostering a positive work environment.
Coordinate work permit, visa, and immigration matters for expatriate employees where applicable.
Liaise with external vendors, government authorities, legal advisors, and service providers on HR and administrative matters.
Manage office administration, facilities, procurement, travel arrangements, and general office operations.
Support performance management, employee engagement, training, and talent development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with local labor regulations, employment contracts, tax, social security, and statutory requirements.
Prepare HR reports, headcount analysis, and workforce planning to support business decisions.
Collaborate closely with regional and headquarters teams to align local HR practices with global business objectives.
Support the setup and expansion of the company's operations in Mexico.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of HR and administration experience
Solid knowledge of Mexican labor laws, payroll processes, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
Experience supporting multinational companies or international business environments is highly preferred.
Experience handling payroll, employee benefits, immigration, and office administration.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and Spanish is required;
Experience in the technology, fintech, gaming or cryptocurrency is an advantage.
