As a User Growth Sr. Analyst, you will play a key role in driving user growth through data-driven initiatives and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with Marketing, Product, Commercial and Operations teams to design, execute and optimize growth strategies across channel, promotions, campaigns and in-app communications.

This role sits at the intersection of analytics and execution. You will translate insights into action, leverage in-app touchpoints such as banners, push notifications and CRM campaigns, and continuously iterate based on performance to maximize impact on user acquisition, engagement and retention strategies.

• Support the design and execution of integrated growth campaigns across different categories, seasonalities and user segments.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product and Commercial teams to implement pricing, promotion and communication strategies.
• Leverage in-app surfaces such as banners, pop-ups, push notifications and CRM channels to drive user acquisition, engagement and retention.
• Analyze campaign performance using data and key metrics to evaluate results, identify opportunities and recommend optimizations.
• Translate data insights into actionable learnings to improve future campaigns and overall growth performance.
• Contribute to creative ideation and campaign iteration based on data, user behavior and experiment results.
• Execute operational tasks with high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

• 3–5 years of experience in analytics, growth, user operations or similar roles within tech, marketplaces or fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
• Hands-on experience using data analysis tools, including SQL, to analyze campaign performance and business results.
• Experience supporting or executing growth initiatives related to pricing, promotions, campaigns or user communications.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and in-app communication channels such as push notifications, banners or pop-ups.
• High attention to detail and strong execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• A proactive mindset, curiosity to learn and comfort working in dynamic, cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English as a working language.
