Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to support our operations for the Mexico and Brazil regions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily operational activities, maintaining records, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring smooth process execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor day-to-day operational activities.
• Coordinate with clients, drivers, and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and tracking sheets.
• Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion.
• Handle documentation and data management.
• Assist in process improvement and workflow management.
• Provide regular updates to management regarding operational status.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Prior experience in operations, customer service, or administration is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20,000.00 - $300,000.00 per month
