About the Role
This position begins as a part-time role with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position based on performance and mutual fit.
Every new hire begins with a 90-day evaluation period designed to ensure alignment in performance, communication, initiative, professionalism, and culture—for both sides.
For the right person, this becomes a long-term career with increasing responsibility, leadership opportunities, and substantial earning potential.
Compensation
This position offers a competitive base salary plus an uncapped performance-based commission structure.
Because NovaDeck sells premium luxury products with high project values, every successful project represents a significant earning opportunity.
Our sales process is different from traditional sales.
You'll be working with architects, luxury builders, developers, hotel groups, designers, and commercial decision-makers. These projects often take several months from the first conversation to a signed contract.
We're not looking for someone chasing quick wins.
We're looking for someone who understands that consistency wins.
Someone who continues prospecting while existing opportunities mature.
Someone who follows up professionally without becoming discouraged.
Someone who understands that today's conversation can become next year's largest commission.
Commission Structure
Annual Sales Closed (USD)
$0 – $300,000 ------------------------> 3%
$300,000 – $877,500 -----------------> 5%
$877,500 – $1,755,000----------------> 7%
Over $1,755,000----------------------> 9%
There is no cap on commission earnings.
The more business you generate, the more you earn.

Your Mission
Your mission is simple:
Help NovaDeck expand its presence worldwide by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic relationships, and opening doors with architects, developers, luxury builders, hospitality groups, designers, landscape architects, distributors, and strategic partners.
You'll work directly with company leadership.
Your ideas will matter.

What You'll Do: Business Development (Primary Focus)
Your primary responsibility is creating new business opportunities.
This includes:
