Job Overview:
We’re looking for a Client Advisor (Business Development / Prospecting) focused on outbound outreach and relationship-building to expand our White Glove program. This role is highly sales-driven and centered on cold calling, lead generation, and engaging high-value clients in the luxury resale space.
You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and onboarding both sellers and buyers interested in high-ticket watches, designer handbags, and fine jewelry. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, polished in communication, and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate new leads through cold calls, SMS, email, and social outreach
- Qualify potential sellers and buyers based on inventory, purchasing power, and fit for the White Glove program
- Guide clients through onboarding and ensure a smooth experience when submitting and transacting
- Maintain an active pipeline and track progress through CRM tools
- Build long-term relationships and act as a trusted advisor for clients
- Consistently meet or exceed outreach and conversion targets
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in lead generation, seller outreach, or a similar role where acting on leads is critical.
- A strong grasp of seller behavior and how to engage them effectively.
- The ability to adapt outreach tone based on the seller’s profile and level of interest.
- A proactive, results-driven approach—someone who sees a lead and knows what to do next.
- Confidence in handling live seller interactions, whether through calls, emails, or messages.
- Familiarity with luxury watches, designer handbags, or fine jewelry (strong plus)
