Responsible for managing purchase orders and coordinating their complete processing, from receipt to final delivery to the client, ensuring compliance with established service agreements.
This role includes collaboration in the invoicing and collection process, and detailed follow-up of each order to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Works closely with the Key Account Manager to provide efficient and satisfactory service, acting as a liaison between the client and the internal engineering, production, sales, purchasing, logistics, and finance teams
