About Us
Everest Peak Health is a rapidly expanding healthcare organization seeking a seasoned C-Level executive to drive strategic direction, business growth, and organizational performance. This is a high-impact remote role for a leader based in Mexico who thrives on scaling medical practices and optimizing business outcomes.
Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced C-Level Business Executive (e.g., former CEO, COO, CFO, or General Manager) with a proven track record in healthcare, medical group management, or related service industries. You will serve as a key strategic partner to ownership, leading business development, financial planning, operational strategy, and executive-level decision making.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company's long-term strategic plan, including market expansion, revenue growth, and profitability targets.
- Lead business development efforts including partnership negotiations, physician network development, and new service line implementation.
- Oversee financial performance – budgeting, forecasting, P&L management, and capital allocation.
- Drive organizational restructuring and process optimization to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Mentor and guide remote leadership team members (operations, marketing, clinical administration).
- Represent the company in high-level external meetings with investors, vendors, and strategic partners.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and accountability systems across all departments.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5-6 years of progressive leadership experience, with at least 2 years in a C-Level or equivalent senior executive role (CEO, COO, CFO, Managing Director, or similar).
- Proven experience in healthcare, medical practice management, or healthcare services (home health is acceptable only if at a strategic/executive level – but this role is not operations-focused on home health).
- Strong business acumen with demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, operational turnaround, or market expansion.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s in Healthcare Administration strongly preferred.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) – must be able to lead strategy discussions and draft high-level documentation.
- Self-directed, decisive, comfortable with remote executive leadership across time zones.
- Experience working with US-based healthcare organizations is a strong plus.
