We have a great opportunity for you as a Head of IT&BPO México / Regional Product Manager LATAM & México located in Mexico City.
What will be your main objective in this role?
The Head of IT&BPO México / Regional Product Manager LATAM & México is responsible for leading the organization's technology, digital transformation, business process optimization, and application governance strategy.
Ensures that technology, processes, data, and digital solutions enable business growth, enhance customer experience, improve productivity, and support operational excellence while maintaining compliance, security, and service continuity.
What will you do in this role?

Define and execute the local digital transformation strategy, aligned with country, regional, and global objectives

Own the governance, adoption, support, and continuous improvement of business-critical applications and platforms.

Support platforms related to logistics operations, customer solutions, reporting, analytics, automation, and digital customer engagement.

Manage the portfolio of technology, automation, and process improvement projects.

Ensure stable, secure, and reliable IT services and business-critical processes.
-
Promote data-driven decision-making through reporting, dashboards, analytics, and performance metrics.

Ensure data quality, governance, and effective use of information across the organization.

Ensure adherence to corporate policies, audit requirements, information security standards, and regulatory compliance.

Oversee access management, cybersecurity awareness, data protection, and risk mitigation initiatives.

Lead, coach, and develop multifunctional teams across technology, business process optimization, quality, and digitalization.

Lead product management responsibilities across the LATAM region.

Lead business process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
-
Apply methodologies such as Lean, First Choice, Continuous Improvement, Process Mapping, Root Cause Analysis, and Governance Models.

Ensure processes are standardized, documented, measurable, and aligned with best practices.
What can you bring to the position?

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Technology, or a related discipline.

Master’s degree in business administration, Technology Management, Supply Chain, Digital Transformation, or a related field is preferred.

Significant leadership experience in IT, Digital Transformation, Business Process Optimization, or Operational Excellence.

Proven experience managing enterprise applications, process improvement initiatives, and technology projects.

Strong stakeholder management experience across business and technical functions.
-
Experience working in multinational and matrix organizations.
-
Logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, or transportation industry experience is highly desirable.
