As an R&D Operations Analyst you will:

• 
  Detail‑oriented, organized, and collaborative professional, capable of managing purchasing and contracting processes with accuracy and efficiency.
• Fluent English (B2–C1), able to communicate effectively with global teams and vendors.
• 1+ year of administrative experience, ideally supporting purchasing processes, vendor coordination, or order management.
• Knowledge of procurement systems (e.g., SAP, MyBuy, Ariba, Selectica) to support tracking, documentation, and data accuracy.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, including management of trackers, documentation, and basic reporting.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills, able to resolve discrepancies, clarify requirements, and collaborate proactively across teams.
